We have great ice-creams in Belgium in Knokke ( la poste, Australian).
This one is real good but scoops are so small and so expensive.

Absolutely divine selection of ice cream flavours! We visited often during our trip and enjoyed as many of the flavours as possible. Open late so a perfect spot to stroll past on your way home and complete a Paris day. Highly recommend.
Stop in at this Paris landmark for an epic dessert. Avoid the "to-go" queue at the right side window (mostly tourists). Step through the doors on the left and sit at one of the green marble tables. For E11, one can select from a variety of luxurious ice cream desserts. All come with a selected ice cream paired with fruits, liquors, whipped cream, garnishes, etc. For the purist, one can simply enjoy a portion of one of their exotic flavors like: fig, passion fruit, mango. Well worth the experience.
The next door cafe section is great place for a break while touring. Wonderful ice cream treats and also a bathroom.
When i arrived there alreayd was a line.. but it was worth waiting! Realy good icecream, and close to the cathedral so easy to combine.
