I just spent the weekend at this hotel. I’m a two week work trip in Europe and took the opportunity to spend a weekend in Paris. I chose this hotel for two reasons. First, it is a Marriott property, which is my preferred brand to stay at. Second, it’s location is great .... in the 9th Arrondissement, easy walking distance to the Louvre or Notre Dame, and easy taxi distance to Champs Elysee, Marais, Montmartre, etc. It also turned out to be less expensive than the other Marriott and Renaissance properties I might have chosen for their convenience to everything that I wanted to do over the weekend.
The hotel’s room are large, comfortable and well appointed. The bar is enjoyable and reasonably priced. If you insist on having dinner at the hotel, it is convenient and the food appears to be good. However, there are so many decent restaurants within easy walking distance, I cannot imagine why you would eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The executive lounge is great and serves a reasonable dinner from 6:00 to 7:30 PM every night. From the lounge, you have decent views of the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel is everything you would hope for in Paris.More
