We had a family vacation in Paris during the dates of August 22-25th and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very cordial and attentive to our needs. Good breakfast, very good location and in walking distance of the best luxury boutiques of Paris.

Room Tip: great location. close to nice shops and the stop for the sightseeing buses.

This is a true gem of a hotel! Room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous! The bar/lounge was a perfect place to meet for drinks with my family. First time in Paris and this hotel is in a very nice area. Our view from our balcony was quite unique. You'll feel safe and can easily walk to several wonderful cafes around the corner. The staff was friendly and speak English very well! Miguel was a big help getting our group of 6 with 11 pieces of luggage to CDG airport for a great fixed rate (2 vans). Axele our beautiful server was great and very efficient. The Breakfast Package is a good value and had great variety for any type of appetite. Lunch in their restaurant was economical and delicious!

Comfortable, neat and clean hotel. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast served.
Bathroom was small on the 6th floor but not impossibly so - guess this can be expected in such a central location.

Room Tip: Rooms from 6th floor up on the street side - have nice balcony.

The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower and is based on a quiet road. The concierge was very helpful, polite and courteous at all times.
Check in was smooth. The room was lovely, clean and light and airy.
Breakfast was fantastic - a large variety to choose from. The only downside would be to ensure that you went down for breakfast when they have just replenished the hot food other wise it becomes luke warm. High quality teas/coffees served.
There was one night where I could hear my neighbour's telephone conversation through the walls, however she stopped talking by 10pm!

Room Tip: If you can upgrade to a superior room, worth it.

We stayed here for a couple nights in the middle of August.
Easy to get to from Gare du Nord train station. Great location right on the Seine. Bus stop down the street. A 10 min walk to Champs-Elysees and 15 min to Eiffel Tour.
Couldn't ask for a better location.
The room we booked was a terrace room, when we got there they said they don't have terrace rooms. I thankfully printed out my confirmation that says terrace. The room we got just had a Juliet balcony. They had one but with a smaller bed or we could decide to upgrade to a larger suite. We decided to upgrade.($55) Which was a great idea, we had the only room that had Eiffel Tour views and two large balconies. (Room 803)
The bathroom was large, double sinks, shower/tub and windows that open.
Room had a couch with sitting area, double doors that open to let in the breeze. There was a balcony off the bedroom as well.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The man at check in was great with directions and bus options, very helpful and willing to answer my questions.
Breakfast was good but we mostly ate in the many restaurants in the area.
One street over from the hotel is a shopping area with high end boutiques (chanel, dior, cartier) nice to walk on the way to Champs Elysees about 10 min.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 803 is the largest room with views of the top of the Eiffel Tour and the city
