Great value for the money. Louisa at front desk was excellent - incredibly helpful, proactive, and professional - thank you! The location is excellent, the 'Batignolles area' - safe, not crowded with tourists, and there are so many great local restaurants/cafes within a 10-15 minute walk (Rue de Legendre, Rue des Dames, around metro Villiers). Hotel buffet breakfast was so-so - I would recommend opting out of the daily breakfasts and instead, trying the many local brasseries/creperies/etc. nearby. The rooms were not large, but clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Beds (and pillows!) were super comfortable. If you're lucky, you'll get a room with view on Rue de Berne - a lovely view :) All in all, I would stay here again!

Room Tip: Ask for a view on to Rue de Berne!

Safe residential neighborhood, very quiet, but in my opinion, quite far from shopping areas, not too many restaurant options. A few minutes walk to Place de Clichy though for small restaurants. And a few minutes walk to Moulin Rouge. Commute is necessary to reach Paris landmarks.

Dear Ciara L,
First of all, thanks for taking time to leave us a review on our Tripadvisor page.
We are glad that you had a nice time in our hotel.
Just let me be surprised by the lack of restaurant you metionned. Because around our hotel you have at least 15 different restaurant less than 5 minutes walking distance. Counting a Libanese, a pizzeria, a French brasserie, 2 Indians, a Bresilian, 2 backeries, a bagelstein, a Chinese, a French restaurant, an Italian Brasserie and so on ! And regarding shopping areas, the nearest one is barely 15 minutes walking distance.
Gladely we also have the chance to be 1 minute walking from Rome metro station that allows you to reach Champs Elysees in 10 minutes.
Best regards,

Sophie

The hotel was very nice. It was located very near the Rome Metro Station. The room was large enough for me and my family. The toilet was clean and the toiletries were delightful. Breakfast was quite good. The staff were extremely helpful & co-operative. Overall a satisfying experience.

we stayed for 3 nights in this hotel found by change. What a wonderful charming little place! Our experience was flawless. Small room overlooking the street but perfect in design and comfort. Excellent beds and linen, clean towels. Every aspect of service, location, quality, modern design of the room, amenities and bathroom were up to our expectations. There is even an elevator that works! Above all, the breakfast buffet is one of the very best we ever had in Paris. Generous choice of fresh bread and patisserie, fruit juices, great coffee etc. And the ladies in the breakfast kitchen made every effort to keep the buffet updated with fresh goodies. Best location next to Rome metro, easy access to lots of different tourist attractions. Even better was a little neighborhood bistro just across the street where we had dinner every night. We hope to come back soon. A flawless experience for sure!

Room Tip: a point for improvement might be to have access to more international TV channels We missed the BBC.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very clean and staff spoke English and were very helpful. Rooms were modern but the bathroom could do with updating. There was a good choice at breakfast. Only negative was hearing other guests walking and talking in the hallway and running a bath at 3am in the morning! Very close to the Metro line so easy access to the sights of Paris. Nice cafes nearby especially The Perculator.
