My husband and I took a weekend in Paris at stayed in the Millennium Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location for shops, restaurants, hop-on hop-off bus tours, but mostly for the excellent service by staff, and in particular a young receptionist called Jelome. This lady went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable - from giving advice on local events & restaurants, booking taxis and printing a mislaid boarding pass for our flight home. Full marks to Jelome and the Millennium Hotel, what a lovely place to spend our 25th wedding anniversary. We will be back!

After a recent 3 night stay, I was incredibly impressed with the Millennium Hotel, Opera Paris. From the moment i arrived until i checked out and left the hotel, i was looked after with such precision, courtesy and excellence; nothing was ever too much trouble. Jerome Danet, the Hotel Manager, was incredibly efficient in his work, and his professionalism filled one with such relief that 'quality' is paramount, and that i, as one of many guests, was given personal attention and care. the whole team were simply brilliant. the room was magnificent, with equally magnificent views overlooking the splendid Sacre Coeur. it was clean and comfortable. the location was within walking distance of many major attractions, and very close to the Metro for those wishing to travel a little further a field. I cant wait to return to this hotel!

Room Tip: the top floors are the quieter floors!

I normally try not to leave bad reviews... but this hotel needs one. Room was tiny, and on 2nd floor so no natural light... May as well have been windowless. I was on my own with only a hand luggage bag. If you are a couple with a suitcase - forget it. Room was 219. Hair dryer was broken... Phone was broken... So couldnt contact reception to fix the problem.. service in the bar is painfully slow... But the art deco dome is lovely. My colleagues had much better rooms... So I think they vary. Ask for as big as possible, and on a high floor... Maybe you'll be ok.

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to thank you for sharing your feedback on TripAdvisor.
I am sorry to learn that you had an overall disappointing stay with us and would like to assure you that your remarks have been duly noted and forwarded to the relevant departments.
I can only regret that these issues have not been made known to the manager on duty as I am sure a satisfactory solution could have been found. While not having a properly working telephone in the room can be understandably frustrating, this could have been remedied by reaching the front desk via the house phone located near the elevator, or by coming directly to the front desk.
We apologize for any inconvenience encountered during your stay and invite you to contact us directly so we can properly arrange your next visit to Millennium Paris Opera.

Kind regards

Eli Lazovsky

We had two nights here and it was great.
They upgraded us to a junior suite which was massive.
Great staff and a porter for luggage and to hail taxis.
A nice big buffet breakfast.
A central location as the stores and Grand Rex concert venue are near.
My friends in Paris say some of the bands that play Grand Rex stay here.

Room Tip: Room 314 was a massive room for two or a third bed if you need it.

Hotel is in a great location for major tourist spots: Opera, Louvre, Eiffel Tower all within a few minutes walk. Also well located if you have an interest in High End shopping.
Quaint feel. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Elevators will hold four people. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Fluency in French not required.
Breakfast buffet was very good.
