Description: Welcome to "la petite rose des sables", the warmest and most welcoming restaurant in Paris :) This family restaurant is very small (you can fit 6-10 people) and does not take reservations (especially through Hotels). The best way to eat there is to drop by and see if it's open / if there is space. Indeed, lots of friends come often so it can happen that there's birthdays, special reservations, etc. Due to popularity and for all the reasons above, Zouzou and Christian would like to host everyone but it is sometime impossible, try to be comprehensive and act with gentle manners. Moreover, we're very sorry for the people that were disappointed recently, Zouzou got her collarbone broken so the restaurant might be close from time to time with notice on the front door. Enjoy your stay in Paris Kind Regards - The little pink sands fan club

Eating at La Petite Rose des Sables is like going to your grandmother's house for Sunday dinner. She doesn't stop giving you food to eat, handing you presents and fussing over you in the best possible way. We came here on our first night in Paris and left feeling welcomed and absolutely delighted. The food is simply delicious and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone looking for good French food in a warm, welcoming setting.

This is really an unique and uncommon eating experience. A tiny restaurant seating 10 peope max. Run by an old French couple; a grunting older man in the kitchen who gets called by his wife with a bell. The lady is all entertainment: she will help with the lighting if you take a photo, you get a small souvenir and cap/scarf and you get good bye kisses.

Happened to look for 5 star lunch restaurants rated with one $ and found this and wanted to give it a try. Wow. After an interesting Uber trip that we were let out with a point to the general direction, we went to another place with Petite in the name (lol) and I knew immediately it was incorrect. Boy am I so glad we continued to look for this Cafe. I cannot tell you how quaint and lovely the entire experience was. We got there at 2:30 and I was nervous there would not be room, or it would be closed. Nope. We walked in and sat with a couple from Greece and another from Italy. We are from the US. It was a sweet mix of couples. And our host, the precious love birds, just made our experience divine. It's a small place, intimate. I loved my tasty chicken. Go and let them spoil you. We were given trinket after trinket, and samples of all sorts of drinks and food. ❤️ Cannot recommend enough! We had no expectations other than let's give this a try, and left with hugs and kisses and beautiful memories!

Familial food in a middle of a tiny incredible old fashion restaurant hold by two lovely crazy very old french couple. And old lady (lovely and nuts like an animated burlesque film) and her husband "Christian" (a retired fire man). If you ask for the fireman old pictures on the wall, you will win little gift if you find and recognize where was Christian when he was 18.

This little shop will give you the real taste of a little dinner with your french grandma.

Hilarious and lovely experience.

Food (duck) was delicious. Chocolate mouse and crème brûlé very traditional and good.

Strongly advised.
