I chose the Villa because of the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and I can confirm that they are all true! The home is a quiet, private oasis in a great neighborhood. It is inside of a gated courtyard shared by a few buildings but is a separate home. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It is very clean and well maintained. Christophe is a gracious host and it is obvious that he cares about his guests. He was very responsive to us, met us and welcomed us and even had Janet his excellent cleaning lady come in a few times during our stay. Look no further... Book now... You will be glad did!

Our family have just spent the last 3 1/2 days in Christophe's beautiful home. Unfortunately Christophe had to go away however he welcomed us on our first day and gave lots of helpful information about restaurants and of course the best local boulangerie! His home is lovely, very spacious with lovely art adorning all the walls. There is even a garden which is a lovely place to relax in the evening and drink wine. It is a perfect place to relax after a busy day seeing the sights of Paris! His home is perfect for a family to spread out - so different from a cramped hotel room. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
We just finished our stay here and Christophe was an excellent host. It is his home and has a huge art collection. The garden area is a bonus and the quiet cul-de-sac was perfect for a hectic area of Paris. We had a huge Fridge for Paris and tons of space. 2 bedroom and funky bathrooms. The bathrooms are set up as a tub and 2 sinks in one the toilet and shower in another so to us this is weird. One little toilet downstairs also. Kitchen is very useful and we cooked 2 of our dinners there with fresh veggies, fruits and meats from the little shops not 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Everything you need is here, restaurants, pubs, all kinds of food vendors from French, Italian, Chinese, multiple fresh bakeries which we got spoiled on at Paul's. At the bottom of the ill at then end of the street is the Metro 5-8 minute walk at most - families with young kids might be a little leery since the street at bottom of hill is Moulin Rouge and all the sex shops but go up the hill 2 streets and a 15 minute walk gets you to the cable car to take you to the top of Paris and Basillique Du Sacre Church and a view of Paris to die for. On the way there are tons of shops for clothe, food, groceries, a merry go round in a little park and another Metro line connection there as well. Great neighborhood. Only thing is when it is hot no AC but with windows open we really never had it too bad. Christophe said they will be redesigning the place in the fall and they will only have 1 bedroom in the bottom floor and the top are with loft will be his home. Either way it is a great place to stay.

We were met by the housekeeper, and given a thorough tour of the house. Immediately we new we were in for a great stay.
There was plenty of natural light, 2 living areas, large kitchen/dining area, 2 lovely bedrooms, with comfy beds and warm doonas. Our family was well catered for, Queen main bed, and twin set up in the other bedroom. The house would be large in comparison to most apartments, there is also a lovely little garden.
We found the location excellent, we loved all the food shops just down the street, great bread shops, cheese shops, butchers, cafes, bistros, fruit stalls, it really must be food heaven.
The owner has a number of suggestions for local eateries, we found them exremely helpful.
The closet metro stop is Blanche, which is next to the Moulin Rouge, 3 minute walk. The metro is easy to use, and all sites of Paris hence in easy reach.
We would not hesitate to book the apartment again. We spent a lot of time hunting for great apartment in Paris, this is just that.
Christophe was gracious and welcoming. He was helpful with telling us where to eat and where to go. The location was very close to the Le metro and in the heart of Montmarte. Boutiques, bars, restaurants surrounding the apartment. Just an absolute superb apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Paris.
