This restaurant is directly across the street from the Philharmonic. We booked a table 2 hours before an evening concert. We found the staff to be cordial and competent. All 4 of the people with whom we interacted spoke English. The Escargot were very fine. The foie gras was also above average. The petite filet was excellent as were the frites. We went to the restaurant, because we were going to a concert. This is nowhere near the heart of Paris, and our car service cost 40 Euro round trip and took approximately 45 minutes each way. We would return to this restaurant, however being "across the street" is similar to hotels in Las Vegas being "next door". The walk across the plaza to the Pierre Boulez Salle was easily 15-20 minutes. The food and service are above average, and the convenience is clear, but there are restaurants in the concert hall complex.
