3 travellers in 70s and 80s staying for several days in Narbonne.
Vincent was very helpful, always available in person or on the phone. Gave us a lot of good advice on where to go, eat, or visit. Great breakfast, room cleaned daily, comfortable bed and clean room. Highly recommended. Very close to Les Halles and easy walk to centre of a very attractive town. On arrival entered using code supplied by Vincent, take your time and it is easy. Do not miss!

It's a lovely small Hotel in the center of town. Comfortable, clean and exceptionally quite room (I had a comfortable one), friendly staff. So everything was perfect (maybe, the breakfast could be more various, ... but).

Room Tip: quiet rooms, good location

Breakfast superb - Vincent the owner is a wonderful host and explains all about his home made yoghurt and local produce - delicious. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Parking free in all surrounding streets. Hotel within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cathedral, museum etc. Bedrooms large and well furnished - fantastic duvet!
Would definitely stay there again if visiting Narbonne.

Great Hotel located quite close to "Les Halles." (This is a big help for those driving.) We found free parking on the Quai V. Hugo across the canal. The room was clean and quiet; we slept well. It included a refrigerator which was great for snacks.

The manager (Vincent) was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, which were sorely needed as very little was open on a Monday night.

This was a tremendous value.

This place closed for a while in 2015 with the demise of the previous patron. It has reopened under the attention of the very personable new owner, Vincent - and we were delighted to be able to return to what was always our first choice of hotel in Narbonne. For a two-star- rated hotel, it is very good indeed, in a relatively quiet side street right in the heart of this attractive town. We had a huge comfortable bed, private ablutions (a loo that was separate from the bathroom), internet connection,TV and all necessary basics. Some people are only happy with four or five star palaces with all the bells and whistles - and pay accordingly. We prefer small, family-owned places in the vernacular style and this is a perfect example. Perhaps Catherine C confused this place with another by the same name?

Room Tip: No lift, but wide stairs and an offer of porterage.
