Myself and three friends visited this curry house on the back of trip advisor to say it was bad is an understatement.
First of all we were seated - it then got worse. We asked for drinks after about 15 mins.
We requested 3 beers, and a glass of white wine.
These took at least another 10 - 15 minutes.
We ordered our food.
8 Poppadoms, 2 house specials to start and 4 nan bread, and 4 curries with rice.
I've never experienced receiving Nan bread first before Poppadoms and starter?
The Keema Nan was in quarters and one had keema the other 3 were missing keema.
The Poppadoms arrived 10 minutes later, with 3 tiny pots of pickles. I asked for 3 more pickles to be serviced, no these didn't arrive.
Deter we had finished the Burnt Poppadoms he starter arrived. €16 each portion. This was over priced but was ok.
We did ask for mint sauce to go with the bajis but that never arrived.
Then t was time for the main meal.
I requested another drink - no we didn't get it.
The staff (x2) were serving everyone who appeared to be French (locals) ahead of us. We had already been served after people coming in after us, but not to be served with a 2nd drink was unbelievable.
After a further 20 minutes we gave up.
We said that we were leaving without eating the main dish, and could we pay the bill.
To which we were told the curries were ready. Ok great we will stay.
We waited a further 5 - 10 minutes and gave up.
We asked for the bill €74 and paid. Although we shouldn't have paid and walked out, but has we were English we didn't want the local Police after us.
There was no apology or discount offered.
I don't usually post negative comments but this establishment needs to take a look at itself.
Please take my advise and never go here.
