The room had a door concealed behind a curtain which though locked had guests unknown to me whom I could hear clearly in their bathroom. They played Asian Music loudly.Luckily they weren't in the room always when I was there. A little disconcerting though if you were lovers!!??The breakfast was the best part and the hosts were excellent. Coming and going was easy.

I wasn't so keen on the style which I would describe as red satiny and particularly in the rooms.

It was clean and comfortable. Nice views of inner courtyards.Bathroom OK but shower a bit small and could have been modernised.

Stairs steep and narrow doors to them like those in a public house/pub bed and breakfast.

Well situated and close to Inter Continental Hotel and hence the station and Gare Router (bus station) (same place practically)

It was a pleasant visit...home made breads and excellent fare for breakfast. the best I suspect apart from much more expensive places in Deauville.

Room Tip: Not sure. After reading reviews the hotel generally had noise issues from other rooms.

I surprised my boyfriend with a romatic weekend getaway in Deauville. Instead of staying at an ibis (or similar), after all we just wanted to spend the night at the hotel to sleep, I thought I'd book this cute charming hotel for 150€ for a single night.
The first welcome from the owners was quite warm. They explained us that the parking around the corner was free which we apprechiated. The room and bathroom were large and clean. No special ammenities at all. The walls are very thin, the doors just regular inhouse doors so you could hear every word that was discussed in the breakfast room downstairs, yet alone in the hallway and other rooms.
We were tired in the evening so we took some sandwhiches and wanted to eat them in the room. The owner blocked us the entrance as soon as we set food into the hotel telling us he wouldn't allow guest to eat in his hotel. We ate in the street!
This was written nowhere and he haven't been told upon checkin either. The next morning we were unsure if the breakfast was included into the roomrate so we thought we'd ask. The owner immediately started talking about his life, that its been 40 years he's in business, that he's already selling out the hotel for half of its value (I paid 150€ for a single night) and he reminded us taht we had to leave at 11.30 am (it was 10am). I felt really unwelcome, as if we were imposing ourselves on them in their house. Its a really terrible feeling and a paying customer should never feel like that.

A charming small beach town B&B, on the quiet street, close to the beach, casino and boardwalk. Our spacious room was equipped with a queen size bed, sitting area, wardrobe, modern bathroom, TV and free wifi. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall, good value in Deauville.
ps. Parking on the street.

Central location - the harbour, rail station, cafes and sights but on a quiet street.
Single room overlooking courtyard - a flight of narrow stairs up - clean, comfortable and compact with en-suiteshower. Orchids in the room - nice touch.
Not air-conditioned but with windows open, comfortable.
Very vocal sea gulls all night - but that's part of the charm.
Sounds do come through from adjacent room/s - but otherwise very peaceful.
Filling continental breakfast at 9.50 euro plus tax - with a glass of fresh orange juice prepared by the host.
Patrick and Muriel the hosts are very helpful and care for their guests - that makes the place special.
Great value - a change for impersonal hotels.

We spent a couple of days in Normandy, mostly in Honfleur and Rout du Cidr (both highly recommended) and wanted to stay in Deauville. We booked about an hour before arrival and got the best treatment you could ask for- detailed explanations on everything, help renting a car and a fantastic breakfast (price not included).
The price was reasonable and the rooms more than adequate. Would come again!
