Breakfast at this hotel was a total shambles. The staff couldn't cope with a group booking and the other guests staying. There were not enough tables for everyone to sit at, they were left covered in dirty plates, with only one man serving. There was a rotten apple in the fruit bowl and the others were well past their use by date.
We didn't like our internal room . The reception girl was extremely rude. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Loved the pretty pool which is in a walled garden area and the location right in the centre of the town opposite van Gogh's night cafe. Staff lovely and really helpful.

Breakfast was very good and served in the elegant dining room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We always felt welcomed. The room was nice clean and recently renovated. The smal but gorgeous pool by the walls of Arles was lovely! So peaceful back there! The room also had a small refrigerator and was convenient for keeping food or drinks cold.

Room Tip: Not a very fancy hotel but great location and very clean and had quaint enjoyable touches.

We had the luck to have room number 2 with a great view over the Plaza du Forum. A room with a very high sealing and old characteristics. Great wide beds and a lot of space in the room. Even a table to sit at. Bathroom was big as well, everything was there: shower in the bath, but good water pressure.

Room Tip: Room with a view is room 2, but when you have the window open it is noisy

You can just walk out the door and you're in the center of the old town of Arles and in the footsteps of Vincent van Gogh. I just loved this location. The room was clean and spacious and we had a phenomenal, fun view of the central Forum Square including the Café where Van Gogh completed a painting. The only drawback of the room was the lack of ventilation of the bathroom. We had 3 people taking showers and unless you kept the bathroom door open, the bathroom was wet and steamy. A bathroom fan for the 3+ person rooms would be helpful. But, this inconvenience is not big enough to reduce the excellent rating.
