Ideal for a short stay in Arles (which is probably all you need unless you're a real art or antiquities buff). Driving in is fun but don't use the address for satnav as you end up by the river in front of blocked roads. Geraldine on reception guided us in with a running commentary by phone! Staff all pleasant. Room (15) spacious but pretty old and tired (but what isn't in Arles). Pretty poor bathroom and ludicrous WC in our room. View onto the square but you do need to close the windows to drown the noise (but the sound insulation of the windows is effective). As mentioned in another review breakfast is very poor; it's as if they don't want you to have it there, and at 12Euros a head it's not good value. Fruit cocktail from a tin in a plastic dish with rusted hinges sort of summed it up. However, wouldn't want to put anyone off the hotel as there are positive points - just don't have the breakfast :).
