Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our visit to the South of France. Didn't find the drive down to the B&B straight away however a quick call to Phillipe and we soon found it. The drive is very steep but no issue to negotiate.

Was welcomed at the gates by Phillipe and 'Lady'. Phillipe was very attentive and showed us to our room with a stunning view of the Rivera coastline. It was also immaculate and tastefully decorated.

He also gave us recommendations of local restaurants and overall was a mine of information. We drove a few kilometres up the road to leave the car and take the minibus to Eze which was totally hassle free. At night we went back again for a meal to one of the restaurants recommended.

Breakfast was served on the terrace with stunning views and the pool was lovely and refreshing in the heat. There was a bit of mist and hill cloud which made the view atmospheric.

A lovely stay, only wish we could have stayed longer!

This place receives great reviews for good reasons. The location is above Eze and takes around 10 m from there. It is close to La Turbie where you will find several restaurants. When traveling to the B&B, it is faster using A8 and take the 57 exit. The breakfast is bread, fruit, cold cereal, cheeses, and juice and coffee. We had the room on the bottom floor that had a king size bed. The rooms were spacious and a great view from the bed and shower. The pool is very nice and feels great at the end of the day. Philippe was very helpful in bookings our dinner reservations and suggesting places to visit.
The only negative thing was the sewer gas that came up through the shower drain and sink. You need to cover them with a wet towel to stop the smell.
The WiFi is free and works pretty well.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Domaine Pins Paul during our recent trip. The location is simply stunning with amazing views from the rooms as well as the breakfast terrace. It was ideal to stay in this lovely, secluded location and then drive wherever we wanted to go for the day rather than staying in one of the larger cities. As other reviewers have mentioned, the driveway is steep and tortuous, but after driving on many small, narrow roads through Provence, it wasn't too much a concern as long as you took it slowly. The location was very convenient to Nice, Monaco, and beyond. Philippe provides you with a list of area restaurants that he recommends. We used his choices for all four nights, and they were all spectacular and affordable. He also has relatives in Beaune, and the family's wines are available for purchase in the room. Our room was full of character and clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The AC worked well at night when if it became hot. We would definitely recommend staying here rather than in an expensive hotel in one of the major towns. We would surely return should we come back to the area in the future.

Domaine Pins Paul is a large home hugging the hill on top of Eze village. Lots of transformation done with an artistic flair by Phillippe and the interior design must have been supervised by Marie Josee to make a very modern home in the inside with the ever Provencal exterior. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower with many gadgets, beautiful view of Eze and its castle, the ocean and its blue water...so pleasant and comforting. Philippe is a great raconteur and conversationalist and a great source of good restaurants and must-see places.
We would return without hesitation albeit with steel nerves to drive down the most challenging driveway to this beautiful Domaine with the promise not to miss the above entrance 3 out 4 times.

Room Tip: Room on the Main floor with the Round bed.
