We stayed the night before an early flight from Nice airport. The hotel staff was very friendly during check in and spoke fluent English. The room was very clean, though my only complaint was that it felt a bit stuffy at night, and I wish the window could open, but it isn't possible. It was an easy 5 minute walk to terminal 1. We'll definitely stay again.

Great hotel, walking distance to Terminal 1 at the Nice airport. Comfortable rooms and excellent service!! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone doing a quick overnight in Nice. Book it, you won't be sorry!

This is typical airport hotel, 7 minutes walking from terminal 1 check in. Tooms are spacious, with desk, some power outlets, coffee/tea and kettle. No safe, no closet, but rather hangers, comfortable beds. Bathroom is small with shower cabin, very basic soap, body and hair wash in one bottle. Breakfast not checked due to realy departure.s. Convininet for early flight

Upon arrival we are informed that the lifts are small and do not overload them. There is no information given about the current state of NO airconditioning in the rooms that we are about to witness.

Then we arrive in the room. The floor is so FILTHY it looks as though it hasn't been cleaned for years. There are spills and stains all over it. We cannot move there are no other rooms, so instead we do not walk around on the floor bare foot- disgusting.

Room temperature on arrival is 23.4 degrees. Aircon visibly appears to be on but is not blowing anything from the outlet. We call reception and staff comes up to room, they say it is working but clearly its not blowing any air. We ask for them to open window and are told they cannot because of security and being close to the airport.
They assure us that by the time we return it will be working and will have gone down.

We know we are going out for dinner and will return late they say there will be staff that can assist us.

When we arrive back to the hotel the temperature is now 24.9 and they advise us that it is turned off for the winter. When asked for a fan they say no and then security comes to the room. My husband expresses his frustration and anger and they return with a key to open the window.

Perhaps you should use temperature rather than season as a guideline for turning off the air conditioner.

Breakfast was average and staff didn't advise of procedure upon arrival.

Glad this was a one night stay.

Also with road works outside there was no way we could go for a run nor would we venture out other than to go in the bus.

It is disappointing to hear we didn't get it right this time. I will share your issues with my housekeeping team who will look into why we failed on this occasion and take necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.
Our air conditioning is now working. Rest assure that our maintenance team did the necessary as fast as possible to put it back in service.

At arrival in the evening we have booked a transfer to the airport in the morning. In the morning at seven only one staff was at the reception. We got the information that the second was changing clothes and when the princesse appeared 5 minutes late we asked again for urgent transport. The reaction was arrogant cancellation of our transport and she said she calls a taxi instead which will come in 5 minutes, which she knew will never happen in Nice. After 15 minutes we took the airport bus instead and lost finally 30 minutes and had Demay if our flight
