The rooms are not bad have enough space but it's an Airport Hotel.
The breakfast it's very good and the employes are friendly
The restaurant it's ok but they need more employes for so many clients.
cleanning service it's ok.

In the summer you can use the swimming pool

Wow - what a shock when our chartered tour bus dropped us off at this hotel (motel) after a luxury cruise. All of us from the cruise were confused then dismayed when we entered the lobby as motel had 1 overworked fatigued clerk to check out 30 guests as our group of 20 guests tried to check in. We waited 30 minutes to over an hour to check-in.

For our party of 4, they could give only 2 card keys for 2 rooms because the motel did not have enough for other guests. But you have to leave a key in for the lights. If one guest leaves the room, the other guest has to stay in the dark.

The clerk would not provide any info as to where we could eat - telling us to go into any restaurant that has “free tables” as it is the peak season. She also refused to provide info re buses. Instead telling us to order a taxi when the bus stop was across the street from the motel.

Park Inn claims to have a shuttle service but it runs 4:30 am to 6 am. Then motel guests have to cross 2 streets and take the free shuttle operated by the airport. This shuttle works if you have 1 or 2 bags but we had 8 bags. Motel deceives travel agents and potential guests by advertising non-existent shuttle service from the motel to the airport.

Our room had one set of towels and a broken phone. Room was in the midst of a transition from dump to new fixtures/furnishings so there were dirty stained furniture and carpeting, patches of wall peeling off, patches of bathroom tub peeling off, cracked wall corners, etc.

We wanted to leave but we were staying for one night and up front additional costs coupled with having to fight for reimbursement seemed more of a hassle. We estimated costs for new hotel and transportation would be close to $800-$1000.

The entire motel operation appears to be a one man/woman operation. One clerk, one housekeeping staff, one breakfast staff, etc.

Only true fact: motel is close to the airport.

Arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so can't say much.

The lobby and the restaurant areas are lovely, although the rooms could do with some renovation.

Pros:
Nice and basic breakfast.
Very comfy bed.
Clean room.
Helpful staff.

Cons:
The air conditioning only started working after I rang the reception (you can't open windows).
The only toiletry is liquid soap from a dispenser.

Our cruise ship company used this hotel for guests arriving at the Nice Airport. Small room, lamp not working, air conditioning had no individual room control. Helpful staff. Restaurant had limited menu for dinner - took free Airport shuttle for lunch - also limited places to eat. Try another hotel in the area if you have the time.
