Facilities at the room were old and due to the air-conditioning there was heavy dust in the room probably dirty air filters.. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very expensive for bad coffee from the machine and processed scrambled eggs, not even real scrambled eggs. Sweet sugary muesli.. sad as this hotel has alot of potential to make it a true 4 star hotel, at the moment it feels like a 3 star.

We were due to stay for 3 nights but due to a hiccup with our booking by our travel agent we could only stay for 2, which was disappointing. Lovely hotel, convenient location, train station only a few minutes walk in one direction, the Promenade a few minutes away in the opposite. Staff were really helpful and very friendly, lovely garden area for breakfast and drinks in the evening, resident cats. Happily stay here again

We stayed for 5 nights and were upgraded to a large superior room overlooking the tree lined street but no traffic noise at all. Loved the French toilettries. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, this hotel is quiet and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy your breakfast. Also the free coffee nespresso machine avaiable after lunchtime was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to the beach and the main shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by too. A good choice if you want a good night sleep.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff was very helpful, suggesting a wonderful local bistro for a late dinner after we arrived at 9pm. Breakfast in their backyard gardens is a delight. The location is perfect for walking to many attractions is Nice.

This place is more of a bed and breakfast/ boarding house than hotel. Very casual, friendly, but with like home amenities. Not luxurious, but very homey.

1. Courtyard outside was great. I had lunch and breakfast out there

2. Big lobby, comfortable seating.

3. Breakfast was 15 euro reasonable for what was offered

4. The staff was extremely nice. No task too difficult with smiles. They all went above the call of duty to please. Any question I had, they found an answer. I can't say enough.

5. Rooms were ok. Beds comfortable, rooms a bit small but like a home. The bathrooms were fabulous. Updated, roomy and clean.

6. A bit pricey at 170-190 euro. But I think comparable to other places near by.

7. Location was minutes away from everything. 4 blocks from train station. Taxi a jip at 25 euro to go 4 blocks. I walked with suitcases. Because the price really pissed me off. My pet peave (value for money)

Overall I would say it was a comfortable, nice place to stay 4.5 stars.
