Our GPS had no problem getting there , close to everything but in a quiet dead end street, plenty of gated parking, our room 19 had plenty of room for luggage, bed very comfortable, bathroom plenty of space, very clean and quiet.
One great feature is that you can decide if its hot or cold and turn on the a/c, in some hotels that is not the case no matter what.
Breakfast was very good with hot and cold items.
2 blocks there is a small grocery store ant the tourist office
Staff nice and helpful communication was not an issue.
For summer the pool area looked nice.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Saint Remy, with parking. Had a lovely room (no15) with its own little terrace. Hotel has a lovely pool. Didn't have breakfast as the area didn't look very inspiring but it wasn't far to go down to the town and grab something from a patisserie.

Hotel du Soleil is a very charming hotel and spa. The location in Saint Remy is very close to the city center. Saint Remy is small so the walk to the center is very short. The hotel is also located close to the Van Gogh trail and asylum where he painted and lived for a year. The room we had, #7 is very small and not adequate for two people with large suitcases. The bathroom is extremely small! The room was also on the second floor and was difficult for two seniors to haul the suitcases up the stairs. The people who run Hotel du Soleil are very friendly and very accommodating. Parking a car is challenging at times.

Room Tip: Ask for an apartment or a room that has space.

My sister and I stayed 5 nights in Apt 33 which had a living area with large TV (only BBC In English), kitchen with a small fridge, stairs leading up to 2 bedrooms. One had a queen, the other had a twin bed and entrance to the bathroom (which had a great shower). Very clean. Only downside was the WIFI which was really slow. My sister had a hard time connecting but we did have a hotspot she used, but it was very hard to get signal for us anywhere in Provence. We have Sprint. Front desk was attentive and breakfast was OK. Very handy location with a tiny market nearby and the TI also. Short walk to town center. Having secure parking was a godsend. Good access to all of Provence. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in room 24 which has a great view. There is no elevator in this building so it is a bit of a challenge to lug bags up the circular marble stairs. The bed was comfortable and the room, while a bit small, had everything we needed and a nice shower. I recommend getting to the breakfast early or eating elsewhere if you want hot food. We arrived just after 9 am and were three chafing dishes, one of which appeared to have scrambled eggs at one point but they were gone and never refilled. There was one (very nice) young woman trying to cover the front desk, the breakfast and who knows what else so maybe she was expected to make eggs too? Overall a great value for the room and well situated to walk to restaurants but in a quiet and private location.
