It is one of the best choices if you want to have a gastronomic tasting menu in Courchevel. You must follow their advice in ordering and for wine selection. The food is almost experimental but good.
You need to spare a good two hours for lunch or dinner as service is slow compared to similar restaurants. One weak point ( being in France) bread was served cold and quality was below expectations. It is not a cheap restaurant but money is worth for the effort of the chef you will not be disappointed
