This cafe Is right under the croisette gondola station and is usually very busy. It is great for a light lunch and they do delicious cakes.

this cafe has changed so much in the last two years. It is on the ski slope under the verdons bubble car, so location wise is perfect. A great place for coffee, hot chocolate covered in cream and marshmellows. You can buy salads, rolls, cakes etc. A social venue, that you can walk in wearing ski boots and a place where they will not rush you.

Fairly basic but pretty good. Fairly reasonable prices. Beer €7 and a very nice Croque Monsieur for €10
Just by the start of the ski lifts it was a great place to stop and soak up the sun.
Waiters good.

My first impression was that we had found a real "gem" but this was rapidly overshadowed by the attitude of the staff. They weren't busy (having plenty of space both inside and out) but despite this, the service was slow and very very very rude.

In over 30 visits to the resort, this is the worst treatment I have ever received. It is heartening to see that some reviewers have been treated well, so perhaps there is hope. Unfortunately our experience is not unique as the attitude of the staff has been identified as an issue by other reviewers. Perhaps if the location wasn't so good, the staff might be less complacent.

Fortunately a visit to an alternative establishment later in the day reminded me how easy it is to get the basics right and make the customers wish to return.
