A nice and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the city centre. Very nice room and a excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Also friendly and helpful reception staff. Also a late check out if one is required.Would recommend to others..

Not very far from City Centre. Around 800 mtrs. The Grand Suite is very good and comfortable to stay. They have Microwave also to cook something. The living is actually too big and not furnished as per its size. Just basic sofa and table exists.

Indeed, it was our home during 3 days stay in Baden Baden.
We could feel there as at home: spacious, well equipped- with kitchen and important accessories and with great breakfast! Our 3yrs old son had enough place to play, he also enjoyed bathtub.
The staff was more than nice, helping us with everything we may need- from additional coffee to suitcase trolley while we need to move our stuff back to car.
For all of us it was a very good experience and we can recommend stay there to everyone.
Note: it may not be budget/cheap solution, however if you compare the price/conditions/location mix with other places in Baden Baden than you will understand why we selected Arcona Living.

I spent a week here during a business trip. Quite good location. You can easly get to the motorway from this side of baden for ex to Rastatt, Karsruhe or even Strasbourg. Very big room with small a'la kitchen. Worst service and reception staff. Hardly speaking in English. Broken fridge etc

Bad experience in this hotel. I don't recommend you to stay there.
it is not a real "hotel". This is a building with small apartments. Some are privately owned, some are owned by Batschari. The hotel is only the backwards section. No Air Condition (A/C) in our Junior Suite room. The weather was really hot (33 °C) and at night we weren't able to sleep. We stayed there for four nights. Terrible experience. Also there is no tea or coffee capsules available in the room. Even though the coffee machine is provided, we have to buy the capsules or tea pocket for the price of 0.5€ at the reception. As rating this property I would give it 1 star. It is the minimum guidance to provide capsules and tea pocket for Junior Suite standard room. In all European Countries, I visited Suite Rooms already have these facilities free of charge ! Each year we visit between 5 and 10 hotels of type 4star or 5star. Never had I experienced such a negative behaviour before. Reception is not cooperated with Arab people and not friendly. Adapters weren't available. The room size isn't matching with room description.
