Good location, close to the city center, good service. The single room was small but clean and OK. Good breakfast. Parking is limited. Don't expect for a remarkable memories, but it is a worth place to stay in Stuttgart.

In front of Johanneskirche, there is a beautiful sight of the cathedral.
Well connected by s-bahn, it is near main roads and at few minutes far from city centre.
I had trouble with the flight but receptionist waited for me coming late.
Gentle staff and comfortable rooms.
Recommended.

I booked one night in this hotel after spending the day on the Metzingen Outlet shopping.
The staff was kind and welcoming, our room clean. The bathroom was modern and clean, probably redone recently, with a powerful shower. We slept well and the street was quiet on a Saturday night.
The only things I less liked was the breakfast (the choice was good but the setup was tight and everyone was in the way of one another) and the parking (there are only 3 parking places in front of the hotel, so we had to find a space in the street).
Finally, if you like sushi there is a great Japanese restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the hotel called Kurose.
I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Business/tourism hotel a few minutes walk from the centre in a fairly up-market residential area. Helpful staff all seem to speak excellent English. Rooms are a bit bland, but that's hardly a major problem. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Only downside is the bells from the local church, ringing around 7am just outside the hotel. It wasn't every day, though.

The hotel is just 2minutes walk to S-Bahn, their local train station. 1 stop to Stadmitte - the happening shopping, food, offices area and 2 stops to Hauptbahnhof - the main train station. Also, about 20-25 minutes away to airport and Messe (fair ground). And, 15minutes walk to Al-Umma Moschee (Mosque) from the hotel. There is also a friendly moslem turkish supermarket just 5 minutes walk!
So yes, 10 full points for accessibility, which is very important for me moving around on my own.

Room - Room 306 (Single).
Pros - Comfy and clean (which is very important). It's a non-smoking hotel which explains a lot about the clean feel fresh smell. Toilet was small but adequate for small size me. And clean. The housekeeping staff did a very good job! Wifi in the room was fast and good, making me watch youtube videos so smoothly.
Cons - No mini fridge, so no keeping food and cold drinks. TV with no English speaking channels, at all. If you don't speak German, dont bother switching it on. Watch youtube instead, lol.

Breakfast - Adequate. They serve bread, croissants, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruits, egg, cheese, coffee, tea and juice. For a Moslem like me, it is more than enough to make me full.

Overall - The bell from the church was ok. Just close your window and you'll be fine. I would make my morning rounds around the lake at 5.30 am when the sun just rise and it was safe and lovely! I will definitely return if I come by Stuttgart again and already recommend it to my friends.
