Really cool authentic German dining experience! The atmosphere here is great, it has been recently redone and reminds me of an old school German restaurant but it is in the heart of Charlottenburg right off the Kudam! The setting is great and the food is even better! You can order anything on the menu and be sure that it'll taste delicious! The wine selection is really impressive, you can honestly get any kind of wine you like here! Many of the ones I tried were really unique and all tasted amazing! There are many local wines to choose from and if you don't know what you like you will be recommended something perfect to go with your meal! The staff is incredibly friendly and really willing to help you decide what to eat and drink! I would defiantly recommend this place to friends and family!

Worth a trip to Berlin. Vincenzo is the perfect host and his knowledge of german, french and italian wineries is second to none. His Restaurant is a real gem. A traditional German Weinstube with a unique atmosphere and a great cellar. Don't look for anything similar in Berlin-Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg, just go there directly for a one or two glasses Riesling and and a Pfälzer Saumagen.

This little wine restaurant hidden through a small alley in the back is an absolute must for those seeking a quiet but excellent atmosphere. Vincenzo Berényi has a good knowledge of his wines and serves you with great enthusiasm. The food was excellent both times that I have been there. The asparagus was done to the right point and was very tasty with my side orders. It is, in my opinion, one of the few "German" restaurants left in Berlin!

Had this restaurant recommended to me by a freind. Went there with some friends Wednesday this week and it was just magnificent! Food is great, service is very friendly / courteous and the wine is excellent! Really worth a visit and especially if you appreciate a good wine! 10 out of 10 points! Best food and wine I had in a long time!
Enjoy!

While visiting Berlin with dear friends that are foodies, they took us to this marvelous establishment. We were welcomed into this homey atmosphere and given attentive service as if we were dear family members. The food was truly delicious, from the specials to the rouladen (a favorite of mine). My friends had wine with their meals that they also found to be wonderful.
I have since sent various friends there while they are visiting Berlin as a must dine restaurant.
