What is good? The staff are very much friendly and kindness.
We had a problem about internet in the room, they tried to find the best room for the connection.
They have attended for hospitality very much and are educated.
Also the location is good anyway only 500m from main station. Many restaurant around the hotel but price is really reasonable.
I recommend this hotel and will stay again!!

Stayed in this hotel last weekend for 3 nights. Was delighted when we arrived at lunchtime that the room was ready to go up to. Room itself was lovely, slightly small as all European hotels are but perfect for the weekend. Bed very comfortable and room has all the amenities you would require including hairdryer, AC etc. I found the window in the bathroom looking into the bedroom a bit odd and unnecessary. The hotel have a system where if you don't get your room cleaned or towels changed you leave a door tag out and get rewarded with a choice of a free non alcoholic beverage or points to use with the hotel chain. The only downside to this room is that the wifi is terrible and either didn't work or was really slow the whole time we stayed so ended up using our 3G for the majority of the time. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Hotel itself despite its name is not that central - it is a fair distance to the main attractions of Berlin however the tram stops right outside and the main train station is about a ten minute walk down the road where tour buses etc go from. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on that but if you are looking to get breakfast elsewhere head to the central train station and there is loads of little coffee shops there. Overall a very pleasant stay and I definitely would return. Room was nice and quiet and you didn't hear others around you or on the corridors which was a plus. If you are staying here make sure you acquaint yourself with the area as it is not as central as you might think. Also a recommendation, the Museum für Naturkunde just down the road from the hotel is a must see!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and thought it was a great hotel. The hotel is located just over a kilometer from most of the main Berlin attractions that we were interested in, and there is a train station and bus down the road and a tram stop right out front. Overall I think the location was great. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped. The WiFi connection was not good in our room and kept dropping out, however in the lobby it was very fast. Also there was no fridge in the room. Overall I think it was a great hotel and would stay there again

As a base for U2 "Joshua Tree 2017" gig at Berlin Olympic stadium.

Easy check in and as we arrived early you just dropped your luggage off to storage and went on with the city.

Room was clean and ok, but prepared for just 1 yet we were travelling as couple and requested Queen bed - so mistake somewhere online meant extra visit to desk to have your towels and pillows and linens to be as ordered. No big deal, but should you look after luxury, you might get bored. Room was otherwise just ok, toilet/shower was kind of compact, but you shouldn't be living in those.

Breakfast was really good, though I couldn't find any porridge - never the less I didn't ask for it either. Coffee is served to your table, so nice service and gives you that small personal touch. Only thing I couldn't find was sallad/lettuce, but it's not the most important thing in the meal table.

Best thing here was good sleep quality and breakfast together with the CLOSE location to tube/metro station and tram/bus station as well. By foot you are a bit of from city Centre, but you rather save some money by staying here and having GOOD sleep and great breakfast rather then pay extra for the location and misery of nighttime noises.

Perfect place for resting and fuelling for the day, yet a bit of from the map.

Room Tip: Good sleep in any level, since during night time the area is next to dead silent.

Clean, quiet and comfortable but definitely did not meet my expectations of a 4 star hotel. Our room did not include a refrigerator and there are not really a whole lot of shops or attractions within the immediate vicinity which was disappointing. That being said, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It is also a short 10-15 min walk from the main train station. Overall a very good value for the money.
