Just arrived and it is midnight. The receptionist cannot find my reservation. Instead of apologising he seems annoyed. He calls someone. Eventually he finds a room but asks me to pay ... for a room I had already prepaid. No way to escalate to a manager. I have to pay for getting in. Still I need to fill a form with my company details (why?).
The hotel is very basic but supposed to be business travellers friendly. It is not. I will not come again.
