We just finished a visit in Frankfurt and surrounding area. This hotel was so nice, clean and the beds were comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning. And the breakfast is incredible with so much to eat!! The staff there was so kind and helpful especially Jasmine and Ellen. Very good price and nice quiet neighborhood right next to the zoo and a few blocks from a subway stop. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We liked our stay at this hotel. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Their breakfast buffet is impressive. Big selection of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, eggs and beverages.

A small negative fact is that their room air conditioning is automatically set to turn off after around four hours. Just turn is back on in the middle of the night. I guess it's their energy-saving feature.

Two blocks away from Habsburgerallee U Bahn stop. Frankfurt zoo close by as well.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the city center.
There's no U or S stations near the hotel and you will need to walk 5 minutes from the closest one.
Rooms are big! Bathroom is great and big, though, water pressure is a bit low.
The staff are ok, some of them are not so customer facing.
Breakfast is great! there are even vegetables!!!
Check that the A/C in your room is working and ask for the internal yard facing rooms. So quiet.

Room Tip: Ask for the internal yard facing rooms.

I thought for a few days whether to give it 3 or 4. I would have given it 7/10, but I do not think I could honestly give it 4/5. It just did not feel "4 enough".

The location is quite ok. Easy to get to the river for a morning run or go to the city center for some shopping.

The worse points. Arriving in the evening it felt like a 3* hotel. Maybe an unfair conclusion, but the gentleman checking me in just wanted to get on with it and did not appreciate questions. The carpet and furniture in the room felt..... how shall I say.... dated/unclean. It is just this feeling that one gets: can I sit with my bare behind on this floor or not. Here the answer was a definite no. Not that I would have done this, but it is one of my "checking points". The ironing board was extremely unpleasant to touch. The iron itself was not much better. I chose to skip it altogether, as I was afraid to imagine where they had been. Iron condition is another indicator of the overall quality. The little things....

The better points. The room was spacious. The bed was good and the pillows were quite good too. The breakfast was quite alright.

In summary, it depends on what you are used to. For me this was under a 4* experience. If I had to be in Frankfurt and had no other choice, I would return here, but given a choice I would go somewhere else.
