Room was large and had some nice features and details, especially the modern bathroom.

However it was also very dark - more lighting needed. Carpet was absolutely hideous and meant it was difficult to see items on it. Not a big problem though.

The area outside my room seemed to be being renovated and was a mess. Lighting not good either.

Wi-Fi was slow for business use.

Right on a main road. Good for taxis, less appealing with traffic outside early morning.

Surrounding area was OK. A supermarket is around the corner.

Overall, nice hotel, nice enough staff, good breakfast for ten Euros.

It was an OK stay of two nights but I'd look at alternatives if returning to Frankfurt.

We stayed in Turm Hotel for two nights. We were in Frankfurt mainly to visit the Christmas markets and it is in an ideal location for this type of trip. It is about a 10 minute walk to the markets and city centre and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the way. We booked a standard room, which turned out to be a lot nicer than we expected - very spacious, clean and very modern. The hotel reception and bar is well kept but the hallways and corridors look a bit like a building site! Maybe some reconstruction is going on at the moment, although we didn't see any building work going on. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. I only stayed here for 1 night, but the room was clean, the recepcionist spoke English, the shower was fine.
The breakfast is complete, different from the avarage. Enjoy it!

I stayed here for my one night lay over between flights. It was about 15 minutes train ride from the airport and a bit of a walk from the train station but it was inexpensive, easy to find, there were good places to eat nearby, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet was of a quality that I did not expect for the price. In essence, they exceeded my expectations.

Stayed here a few years ago and to be honest wasn't looking forward to a return visit but it was all I could book at short notice. Seems to have been renovated quite recently and it's now quite a nice little hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Still using real keys on big heavy key fobs rather than card access - bit antiquated. Room was decent size and clean. Decent shower (but over the bath rather than a proper cubicle). Breakfast buffet quite typical for Germany (so not very veggie-friendly) but adequate. Surprised to see the prices for mini-bar items were very reasonable - EUR 3.80 for a beer, I've seen twice that recently in more expensive hotels. Quite a few restaurants open quite late in the vicinity so a convenient place to stay when expecting to work late.
