Perfect accommodations for traveling on business. Breakfast buffet ready every morning at 6 perfect to start that convention morning. Perfect size rooms, clean and accommodating staff. Two blocks from the subway system and two connections to the exhibition center. Great choice of food selections to choose from in the neighborhood.

This hotel is ok but it’s a bit weird to be honest. I stayed in a ‘little gym’ room which was pleasant but small. The ‘gym’ takes up space but isn’t particularly useful, there is a mini bar and a small double sized bed - comfortable but the pillows didn’t suit my taste (and there was only one and a half). Nice and clean tho. I had breakfast which had good range considering it was only 10 Euro. With all of that said, the location is handy to the shopping centre and it’s kind of straight forward to get to by road. There is parking out the back of the hotel at no cost. For the same price I reckon there are much nicer places to stay in Frankfurt.

The staff here were lovely - our favourite was Mario!

The room was clean and fresh, also very comfortable. Excellent shower.

Good location - not right in the heart of things but only a 10min walk to the center which is what I would choose so that you get a better nights sleep.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the recently decorated rooms.

Room was large and had some nice features and details, especially the modern bathroom.

However it was also very dark - more lighting needed. Carpet was absolutely hideous and meant it was difficult to see items on it. Not a big problem though.

The area outside my room seemed to be being renovated and was a mess. Lighting not good either.

Wi-Fi was slow for business use.

Right on a main road. Good for taxis, less appealing with traffic outside early morning.

Surrounding area was OK. A supermarket is around the corner.

Overall, nice hotel, nice enough staff, good breakfast for ten Euros.

It was an OK stay of two nights but I'd look at alternatives if returning to Frankfurt.

We stayed in Turm Hotel for two nights. We were in Frankfurt mainly to visit the Christmas markets and it is in an ideal location for this type of trip. It is about a 10 minute walk to the markets and city centre and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the way. We booked a standard room, which turned out to be a lot nicer than we expected - very spacious, clean and very modern. The hotel reception and bar is well kept but the hallways and corridors look a bit like a building site! Maybe some reconstruction is going on at the moment, although we didn't see any building work going on. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
