The menu is several pages long, almost exclusively Flammenkuchen. For those who don't know what Flammenkuchen is, it's like a thin crust pizza topped with sour cream instead of tomato sauce. Traditionally, it is served with onions and speck (bakon) cubes, but the Kamin offers a whole selection - with and without meat. For dessert, there are sweet Flammenkuchen options, e.g. with apple slices and cinnamon.
