I think this is my 4th time to this hotel. I kept going because I like it for the nice bar and restaurant. This time, I arrived late in the afternoon. I checked in but was informed that I had no breakfast with my prepaid room. I said that I booked the room with breakfast but she said this is not the case. I am jetlagged and do not feel to argue. (I found my confirmation later, with breakfast, got back to reception and I was told that I was finally right due to a poor job of their booking service from Frankfurt.)
I went to my room and there were people changing mattresses (not only in my room). Asked a lady how long he would take and she cannot answer. Went back downstairs and ask receptionist. She said, she does not know and have to wait between 1 to 2 hours!!! I asked her to advise me when it would be ready but she said she cannot tell me and I have to check by myself? Allo???? This is what you call GOOD customer service?
Would I return to this hotel? My answer is yes, hoping that I do not have to go to the same issues again.
