We visited for Easter 2018 as a family of 2 adults and 2 children
Check in whilst 01.00hrs was slow as previous check ins were complaining about their room allocation and the process took us 1.5hrs!!!! There was a little available for us despite Kate check in - rolls, basic salad and drinks but you needed to excuse the flies!
Food on the hotel is dreadful and the only restaurant available for all meal times unfortunately resembles a staff canteen (as we fondly referred to it) and to my horror people were actually queuing for tables - never in my life would I queue for a table in a below average restaurant!!!!
Facilities are limited no access to indoor pool, outdoor pool freezing cold, outdoor jacuzzi freezing, beds On the beach payable and the only a la carte restaurant sea soul payable and only open for lunch !!!!
Staff here are so pleasant and it’s a shame they represent an iberostar with such poor standards
