“Excellent - beautiful views”

Stayed here for a week at the end of July with my husband and 2 teenage children. Had a fabulous time. Apartment is private, secure, well equipped with air conditioning, full kitchen, washer and hair dryer and best of all with views to die for.

Apartment is very central, access to Train, Beach and Supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Pool is fabulous (not much of a shallow end for people with young children or non swimmers) but huge and not too busy, with a great bar and views.

The owner and Elva the housekeeper were brilliant at communication and I would definitely visit again.

“Christmas was certainly different this year”

We spent three weeks over the festive period, this was our first time being away for Christmas and we had a wonderful time. Totally stress free, the weather was wonderful(people swimming in the sea and children playing in the pool hotel next door). The supermarket 5 mins walk, train station 10 mins and loads of resturantts and the bus service slap within walking distance. We went on trips to Rhonda, and Granada and visited the Alambra and Malaga a few times, we travelled by local transport and it was comfy and efficient. We were met by the housekeeper Elva and shown around, where the lift was, how to use, directions for supermarket. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, beauitful views from the balcony and nice furniture on the balcony. Kitchen very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable ( I am a real moaner about beds but these beds were gooood). We will certainly visit again .

“Central location, nice views”
Reviewed 26 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

We have just returned from 2 weeks staying here, the accommodation was bright, spacious and clean. The private lift to the beach area is a short walk away with around 40 steps which may be a problem for people with mobility difficulties, as would access to property - although it is called a bungalow, and all the rooms are on one level, there are a number of steps to reach it . There are two balconies with lovely views out to sea, the front facing one at this time of year gets the sun in the morning, the side terrace faces on to the Torre La Roca Hotel and in November gets sun till around 1.30pm, unfortunately throughout our holiday there was building work going on at the hotel, starting around 8.20am and continuing throughout the day so it was not very peaceful. The property is centrally located in the lively town of Torremolinos and there are many bars, restaurants and nightclubs close by to enjoy.

The Torre de la Roca building next to our property are privately owned apartments. It was unfortunate that during your stay
one of the apartment owners on the 4th floor was doing a refurbishment. We are not notified about such work. We are at present painting and decorating ourselves. We try to do these things in the winter months. We are sorry that it was not as peaceful as it should have been. You could not want for a more secluded spot normally.

“Excellent location and sea views”

The apartment was easy to find from the station and we were delighted with the size and layout of it. The sea view is outstanding! The apartment felt safe and secure and had all the necessary kitchen equipment we needed. The bed was comfortable and with the air conditioning on we slept fitfully. The location of the apartment is ideal for both the beach and town and is close to bars, restaurants and shops of which we took advantage of. The pool area is large and quiet - no need to rush for a sun bed! However the pool was freezing and I had to ease myself in slowly!!
My partner and I were extremely happy with our week at La Roca and will certainly return again in the near future.

“Wonderful relaxing break”

Just returned from this lovely apartment, fantastic sea views with everything we needed. Its a great location, you can walk down the steps to the beach (or use the lift) or to the shops and numerous bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the walk along the promenade each evening and its lovely family friendly atmosphere. The pool next door was nice and clean (minimum depth 1.2mts so you would need to be careful with non-swimmers) We had such a nice time it was really difficult to leave.
