The views are spectacular. The dinner we had was really excellent. Breakfast buffet pretty standard. Service was really very good. Rooms spacious and bathroom was great with modern shower and bath. Decor is old Moorish ornate and creates a lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful building, great views, located within walking distance of the Alhambra. We stayed here as part of a Tauck tour. The public areas were beautiful and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, as was the dinner we had one night with our group.

Alhambra Palace Hotel is a beautiful hotel on top of the hill and close to Alhambra Palace. I had a room with 2 windows with views over the city. The rooms are well appointed with a/c and heated bathroom floor, free wifi. Bed s are very comfortable and plenty of hanging space, ironing board, tea & coffee facility. Had one meal in dining room of high standard and the breakfast room had an ample variety of food and quick service for quick getaways. Staff were very friendly and cater for your every need

We were in the bar and had to wait about 20 min for a bottle of water!! The waiter saw us twice and simply ignored us. This was not very nice. Whatever ppl order, customers should not be treated like that. This is not the service I would expect from such a "Palace"!!

Dear guest,
We really appreciate your review. We regret the delay in serving your order. I suppose, as we are in high season, that the terrace was totally full. We look forward to meet you again and appreciate your help personally.
Kind regards

Have long since wanted to stay at this hotel and wasn't disappointed. It was wonderful !!

Beautifully decorated public areas, very grand!! Our rooms were lovely too, if somewhat small!! Bathroom was tiny!! However immaculately clean and well presented with great views over the town

We decided to sit on the terrace to eat the first night and although pleasant, my choice as a veggie was a plate of cheese!! Not even the choice of a Spanish omelette. We ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay and found the food disappointing. Breakfasts at the hotel were superb - great selection - but rather pricey!!

Staff were generally pleasant if a little "reserved"

Would stay at this hotel again, however won't be returning to Granada just to do that
