We had booked a hotel in Dilar thinking it was close to Granada so we booked this at the last minute and paid accordingly. We spent an hour trying to drive to the hotel which is either illegal or impossible but I got as close as I could then they offered us parking in their own underground lot nearby (where they have apartments) for 15 euros/day and a guy working for the hotel parked the car.
The rooms are fairly large with plenty of power points, clean, and they have amenities. There are closets and furniture so places to store things if you stay several days as we did. The location is great. The red/green hop-on/hop-off tourist bus stop 10 is less than 100 metres from their door. You can walk to a lot of attractions such as the Cathedral and the Capella Real, even the Albacin neighbourhood, but I would take the bus to the Alhambra because its very steep.
Unfortunately noise is a problem at night even with police close by, with people drunk and singing at 5AM. This happened each of the three nights so although the beds were comfortable it was like sleeping on a plane.
Breakfast was 3,5 euros and on the third morning we converted from toast with jam to toast with tomatoes and olive oil which is tastier and healthier. Breakfast also includes freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee or tea. The bar, which is only open during the day, offers cheap local beer and other drinks. They offer set course lunches but we found better alternatives within 100 metres. There are many good restaurants very near by, the best being Poe, a tapas place so cheap I couldn't believe it.
We left on a Saturday so I had to extract the rental car myself which was pretty hairy because of the tight turns but I did it without a scratch with help from my lady.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the street because of the noise.

It is not easy to get to, as it is right smack in the middle of the old city but once I got inside the gentleman at the front desk told me he would park my car and he did. And the next morning he was kind enough to bring it to the hotel. It is an average hotel, the breakfast was not included in the price, but it is OK for a one night stay. It is very clean and the beds were fine.

Room Tip: Not sure, we stayed only one night and it was OK.

Central location, easy walk to most places. Cheap taxi ride to intercity bus stop. Nice streets and shops nearby. Lots of cafes. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even with the shutters closed you can hear a lot of noise from the street outside which goes late into the night and starts very early in the morning. That is the only downside. The reception staff are wonderful, especially Pilar who speaks great English and is extremely lovely and helpful. Café serves basic, cheap but lovely breakfast - after the first time we didn't go anywhere else. Didn't try it but I'm sure their lunch is also great. Would recommend this place to travellers.

This hotel is clean and warm and centrally located. It is only a short walk to the bus to Alhumbra. We had a room that overlooked the pedestrian mall which was not too noisy during the day but they was a lot of yelling outside during the night. Rooms at the back of the hotel may be quieter.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
We would probably stay here again.
