The Palacio is a beautiful hotel in an historic building that has lots of charm. Our room looked out over an open patio which gave lots of light and fresh air.
The location is excellent as it is close to the Alhambra and many of the historic sites but is off of the busy areas and is quiet at night. There are great restaurants nearby.
We stayed for two nights and would highly recommend the Palacio.

Excellent facilities, fantastic location at the foot of the Alhambra and in the old town; friendly and helpful staff; great historical atmosphere but with modern facilities; huge tasty breakfast, and great value for money overall. Try to stay here!

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The wifi however, was unreliable and only worked when outside the room. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast for 10 Euros was excellent. There was a huge variety of various food, eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, cheese , meats. The location was perfect, we were close to bars and restaurants and delicious tapas. It was quiet and peace at night and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

My partner and I stayed two nights in this boutique hotel. It is situated in an excellent location in the Albayzin district close to the main tourist attraction, The Alhambra as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is set slightly back from the road so there are about 10 stairs that have to be taken to get to it - something to bear in mind if traveling with a person who is not very mobile or has a disability. Check in was an efficient process and the member of staff was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us a map of the city, explained the best places visit and things we should do during our stay and even books our tickets for the Alhambra the following day for us. Our room was on the second floor which was accessible via both a lift and a set of stairs. Our room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had an upstairs area with a day bed/second bed and a downstairs area with a bed, fridge and a bathroom. The wifi connection was also very good. It is a no frills hotels and does not have a pool, gym or any other amenities but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. It is great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Granada.
