The hotel is located up a few steps from the road. It is a quaint little hotel in an ancient building with a lovely, airy courtyard. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The mezzanine floor provides the extra space for relaxation and reading for us. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It offers a good selections of bread and pastries and a good choice of beverages as well as the usual eggs, cold meat, salad and fresh fruits. In the afternoon it serves afternoon tea in the breakfast room the the hotel guests. Something we really
appreciate after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel
Staff is helpful and efficient. Thanks to the gentleman at the reception, we were able to secure tickets to Alhambra castle and the palace. A must see for visitors to Granada.

Room Tip: There is very little drawer space to store personal items and small items of clothing.

Lovely boutique hotel with nice internal courtyards. It is very well placed in the heart of the Albayzin (Albaicin) area, the most interesting part of Granada, with it's Arab shops, hamas baths, Arab and tapas restaurants and views of the Alhambra.

It is an old neighbourhood so it is challenging to reach it by car. The hotel has a nice scheme to pay for parking in the main town and take a taxi, but it is best enjoyed if you can pack light - for a couple of nights in a back pack.

We would heartily recommend it.

Very charming hotel in a historic palacio from 1520. The staff is very helpful and ready to assist with bookings for tours, restaurants and flamenco shows. The building shows it's age but the real strongpoints are the excellent location in the historic Albayzin quarter and the very friendly staff.

Dear Mr Pierre,
We would like to thank you for your comment following your recent Stay at the Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the location, the atmosphere and the building itself.
You made the best decision asking for arrangement to get tickets to visit the Alhambra monument through the hotel. In the high season, getting entrance to visit the monument is quite difficult. The hotel get you tickets in advance then you don´t have to queue for them.
We would like to thank you once again for your time and for your review
We hope you to visit us again very soon
Best regards

This hotel is in a small courtyard off a meandering street in the Albaicin area of Granada. The hotel is in a historical building and is only accessible up several steps. I shared a simple room with a friend- it was great having an upstairs loft with a single bed in it for additional privacy. We had a room overlooking a quiet back street and there were heavy curtains which were great for sleeping in. Many reviewers have said the hotel was noisy but in room 28 we did not have any significant issues although occasionally we could hear water running and cases been dragged across tiles. The hands down best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff. We dealt witth Aaron and Anna and nothing was too much trouble. They recommended great places to eat, printed out our train tickets, brought up extra coat hangers on request etc. We did not eat here so we can’t comment about breakfast although most afternoons we enjoyed the hotels free coffee and tea service. My friend and I loved this hotel and the fact it is in walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, but we had a terrible experience because our room (#4) was right near a club that had people/noise all night (Saturday night, Sept. 16), and we got almost no sleep (and we used to live in NY, so we're used to noise). We tried closing the window to lessen the noise, but the A/C did not work well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel because our sleep was miserable.

Room Tip: Room #4 on a saturday night was very noisy
