Hotel easy to find, very close to the Cathedral. We travelled to Granada by bus, not sure if there would be parking facilities near this hotel for those who arrive by car.
Close to centre of Granada and in a location making it easy to get to many of the well known tourist attractions, either on foot or using the various urban bus services. Room and facilities clean. One member of the reception staff speaks excellent English and is able to give detailed (and as we found accurate) information. This hotel is very typical of a small mainland European tourist hotel. It was not our first choice but having stayed there we will look to book here on any other future visit to Granada.

Stayed for 3 nights and found it one of the noisest hotels we have ever stayed in. Either the walls are paper thin or people in the next room spent the entire nights yelling at each other. Staff were lovely room adequate but wont be returning. It was very close to all amenities so if you have some good plugs try it.

When we eventually found the hotel we were quite pleased with the property. Room was clean, comfortable and large. We did not use any of the facilities, but the staff were all very helpful, especially giving directions to the off site parking. that might be the only drawback, that it was a fair distance from the hotel, but they did give you a discount.

Room Tip: First floor worked for us, close to the stairs and elevator.

Hotel is in hearth of pedestrian area with all the shops, souvenirs, cathedral, restaurants, cafe and tapas bars, so location is perfect.
Hotel personnel is more than professional and kind. Rooms are large with roomy bathroom. What I liked are stone tiles on the floor instead of carpets that keep and the dust and dirt, especially in hot cities such Granada is. Linen is changed every day. If arrive before check in time or your you leave town hours after check out time hotel will store luggage and offer you to stay in some sort of salon, living room with toilette.
Internet connection is fairly good, although log ins every time when go online are a bit annoying.
Small disadvantage is that hotel does not have bar for morning coffee, but couple of great typical Spanish breakfast and coffee places are just across.
Rooms looking at the street/alley behind can be noisy in the morning because of deliveries to neat by shops.
All in all, if and when I go again to Granada Sacromonte will be my 1st choice,

Room Tip: Rooms looking at the alley can be noisy in the morning.

Hotel Sacromonte is right in the center of everything! Only a few minute walk to the Cathedral and the tomb of Isabella and Ferdinand. Shopping everywhere including many, many shops dedicated to children; clothing, toys, educational etc. My room was quite comfortable and quiet. Easy access by elevator. There are any number of little cafes/restaurants around for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. All were reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping me find transportation to the Alhambra; especially Nuria.
