There are many restaurants and cafes nearby Plaza de Toros, but they were all empty. This place had a queue and it was crowded. I decided to go for it and I did not regret. Following the advice of the waiter, I ordered a couple of drinks and two generous tapas for under 5 euros. There might be other places with better tapas as said in other reviewers, but based on the amount of people crowding Brasilia, it is likely to be the best one in this region. There are tables outdoors, facing la plaza de toros, which is nice on a summer day.
