This centrally situated hotel is on the edge of the old town. The interior is very attractive with several large stained glass windows. Many of the rooms overlook the picturesque courtyard where one can have breakfast. We had one of these rooms and it was amazingly quiet! The staff were really nice and helpful. It is just a short walk from the main road where one can get buses and taxis. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet.

It’s a good 5-minutes walk from the San Agustin car park to the hotel, but the location is worth it. Good quality rooms with efficient air-conditioning and nice wood decor and fittings. Staff are friendly and helpful with sorting out transport to the Alhambra etc. Breakfast very limited and the coffee wasn’t wonderful.

The hotel is in the old town (Albacin area) with narrow winding streets, shops, bars and restaurants close at hand. It is a very easy walk into town, and for the cathedral etc. A walk to the Alhambra is a bit of an uphill 20 minute challenge, but easy if you are reasonably fit and mobile.
The rooms and décor of the hotel are really nice and in keeping with a hotel of this age, approx. 150 years.
The courtyard is quite nice to eat breakfast in, but did have a drainage odour in the afternoon.
Speaking of breakfast, this is an area where improvements are very much needed. The choice of a couple of cereal options, ham/cheese,yogurts and melon was just about it. There wasn't enough choice, and the quality of the bread was below the standard expected of a 3 star hotel. We supplied our own purchased fruit each day, but shouldn't have to. The hotel says it provides "free breakfast", this is nonsense, it comes from the cost of each stay.
The hotel also have guided tour options to the Alhambra at 59 Euros each. Please don't buy this offer, you can get in to the place for much less! The public areas of the Alhambra are free, but to go in the palace and Generaliffe gardens is charged. We paid 7 Euros for the gardens, which are superb!

We had four nights at this hotel and found it ideal. Although the room was a reasonable size, the stunning outdoor breakfast and drinks area was available for use all day and a real bonus. Perfect location for dining options, closeness to airport bus and Alhambra transport, tapas bars and other tourist sights. Very good breakfast and helpful and friendly reception staff. Old style building beautifully restored with artistic flare, don't miss the art works.

Room tip: Rooms look into a central garden

Hotel in the centre of old Granada, walking distance from all the major sites and the mini busses that take you up the hills if it's too hot. Very close to the cathedral, which is where the bus from the main bus station dropped us off. Very easy to find with my Lonely Planet guide book. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by.
The rooms overlook a peaceful, attractive and cool courtyard, where you can eat breakfast. Our room on the first floor wasn't big, but adequate for our 2 night stay and inexpensive by comparison to most major sightseeing cities. The bed was comfortable. Two small minor points, the walls are rather thin and there was a slight whiff of drains in the room
Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was the usual mixed cold buffet style and, for a nice change, included in the price of the room!
