Our hotel concierge recommended this place. We went there for dinner and we were served what I would called traditional tapas "revisited". In order words, they were tapas that were creatively prepared but you can sense that it was still well anchored in tradition.
The arroz negro (black rice) was the best paella we had during our one weekin Andalucia.
