This is a tapas bar where mostly locals eat. As a consequence, English is little spoken so each of our tapas dishes were a little 'surprise' when served. The lady behind the bar did her best to translate for us, but her English was very limited despite being the best English speaker there.
I am not convinced the TripAdvisor map is exact here, but the bar is certainly at this junction on the right, far-side walking away from the river / bridge (Pte Isabell II). The TripAdvisor photos inside the bar also match our experience.
The night before we visited just for drinks, but the food looked so good that we returned the next evening.
We had four excellent dishes, seafood croquettes, ham croquettes, pigs' cheeks and pork sirloin. Each dish was 3 to 3.5 Euros.
Will definitely return on a future trip to Seville.
