Not very pleased with this facility at all. The only good thing about it was location. Very close to city centre and all attractions. As for the hotel itself, very, very difficult to find if you are driving yourself. Reception was uninterested, when asked for parking, the comment was just go down the street, turn right & there is a parking garage there ..... if it is full try later on in the evening. After looking for the facility for a long time & driving by it twice with no discernable markings, I was really pleased to hear that comment. No assitance with luggage. As for room, if you like a rock hard bed, you are a winner. We travelled all over Spain for 2 weeks, stayed in 6 hotels & if the others were 4 star rated, this deserves a 2 star max. As for breakfast, at 15 euro per person, go across the street to the little cafe and have a cappuccino & fresh toasted bun with jam for a little over 2 euro per person.

Dear client,

First of all we thank you for sending us your opinions and suggestions because with them we can improve our service and customer care.
Our hotel is located in the historic center of Seville, monumental city, it is for this reason that it is difficult to get to the hotel, being in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, known for its narrow, winding streets.
Unfortunately the hotel does not have parking and well advertised in all media sales. Near the hotel there is a public parking, which belongs to a company outside our hotel, to this parking is that we send to our customers. If the parking lot is complete is a situation beyond our control.
Our breakfast is a hot and cold buffet with a variety of juices, pastries and other items, so it costs 16 €. In the nearby establishments offer breakfast is limited, do not offer scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage ... However breakfast is free if it is not included, you can take it or not, the client chooses.

Thank you again for your interest and suggestions.

Best regards
Jesús Peral Torres

Stayed here 6th to 9th September. 16th century building but great inside. In the room was a laptop, free wifi, an exercise bike, and a hydroponic tub!. The room approx 40 sq mts, also with large screen tv. Breakfasts were good, if bit busy at times. The Santa Cruz area definitely best area for seeing all the sites, 15 mns walk from river guadalquivir. Many tapas bars within 5mns walk and reasonably priced. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic city.

Room Tip: Room 208 was large and quiet.

The rooms are ok but a little worn out i would expect a little more for the 4stars. The location is good, the price is on the higher side but if you're with family it makes sense to take a family room. Otherwise better to go to some smaller hotels with more character. service is good with helpful and pleasant staff.

Thank Adel H

It really is a great central location, just a nightmare to find by car! We ended up parking the car and walking. This was fine though because we left the car on a street and saved on parking fees. There are few restrictions and we didn't need to collect our car until we left the hotel for our drive back to the coast.
Great air con in the rooms. It was 40 degrees so was much appreciated. Clean and quiet and excellent value for money. Breakfast was also fine. There are so many excellent tapas bars, just find the ones in Santa Cruz where the locals are. We ate for 20€ both nights and were amazed at the value compared to the coast.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our honeymoon across Italy and Spain and were extremely satisfied with the hotel. Firstly, the hotel is located in the heart of the charming city center (a 5 min walk to the cathedral), has large modern and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff (not very well averse with English, but that is a Seville problem across). Located in the heart of the old city, the hotel with its modern facilitied still retains the old world charm. Breakfast was very nice as well with several options and service. The central location of the hotel allows you to access your rooms often during the day. The staff is very helpful in terms of helping out with sightseeing options, restaurant recommendatons etc. Overall, of the several places we visited in Italy and Spain, the hotel probably left us with the a wonderful overall experience.

Room Tip: We booked a standard room and were very happy to find a large, modern room with a super large bathroom (compared to our hotels in Italy).
