Found it on Google.
A tiny little place down a tiny little alleyway. A few seats outside give it away. Takes a bit of effort to locate even using Google maps.
Quite simply the best tapas in Zaragoza.
A vast array of extremely high quality tapas at a reasonable price. (€2.80 a plate at the time of writing (July 2017)
As a bit of a foodie, I was in 7th heaven. After much thought, I plumped for beef cheeks in a rich sauce then finely chopped mushrooms with a thin slice of foie-gras on top. The girlfriend had cuttlefish albóndigas (chopped and rolled into balls) in a sauce made from their ink followed by a Bacalao canaloni.
Good choices but, to be fair, anything on display would have been a good choice.
The only bad choice we made was to move on to somewhere else, but this is the whole point of tapas bars, a little bit here and there.
My advice would be, once you have found it, stay put for while.
Highly recommended.
Andy Crosby.

We really wanted to go to this tapas bar due to the reviews but when we got there at 2 in the afternoon on a Wednesday it was closed for no apparent reason. All other tapas bars were open. The sign on the door is below in a picture so time the meal appropriately.

The place is a traditional little place ( standing rather than sitting) but it clearly surprises with its special tapas. The variety is not big ( you can see everything on the bar) but the flavours are simply amazing and the sizes bigger than normal.
Hard to tell which were our favourite ones as we loved them all but a few were simply outstanding : solomillo con queso cabrales, boletus, pulpo con pure de patatas, tapa of the day.
The prices were very correct and the service really quick and particularly friendly.
They also recommended us some great icecream just around the corner ( Heladeria Tortosa)

This was a fabulous experience for my wife and I on our first evening in Zaragoza. As usual we used TripAdvisor for recommendations for somewhere to eat and think this fine establishment should be much higher in the pecking order. The variety and quality of the tapas was superb and washed down with some fine wines from a huge choice all at a very reasonable cost. We have one more night in Zaragoza and know where we will eat tomorrow !
