Hotel is a little out of town but tram out the front. Large shopping complex (should you need to shop) is only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our two stays; both rooms were very clean, beds were large and extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and staff were helpful. Private secure onsite parking was also included but worth checking first. We can highly recommend Exe Hotel and would definitely stay here again if/when we next visit Zaragoza.

Good location, close to mall with food options. Neat clean room with good wifi. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly. What was not good is how very hot the rooms are. This is in March, so outside its still quite cool and not near how hot it can get here, but the room was so hot that I had to sleep with window open. The AC did not work or make any difference. I hope that is fixed before the summer!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a quiet room because you will need to keep the window open

We visited Zaragoza for one night and we choose this hotel because the breakfast opinion, and yes, the breakfast doesn’t disappoint. The hotel is also good but the rooms are a little bit small, clean, friendly staff, in the city but quiet (about 15 min walking from the city centre) and very close there is a tramp stop.

Stayed here one night on business. a very warm welcome from an English-speaking receptionist boded well, but that was the high point. Room was ok, though I dislike wooden floors personally (especially when they feel tacky like this one). A/C was noisy for sleeping. Nice bathroom though last guest's towel had not been cleared. What brought me up short was requesting an iron: when I guessed reception's number (no phone directory in the room) I was brusquely told there is no iron in the hotel. I later spoke to a manager (actually to complain about the staff at breakfast turning on the TV *and* the music - I was the only person there and they initially refused to turn the TV sound down) and when I told him about the iron conversation, thinking it must be a language issue, he confirmed there is none. His only suggestion was that they have a laundry service - no use to a one-night stayer with a creased shirt like me, or thousands of other business travellers. How can this place claim to be a business hotel and not have a single iron on the premises?

On the plus side there is free and reasonably quick wifi everywhere, which I must applaud, because I am getting increasingly hacked off with hotels charging €5 an hour for something that makes 1990s modems look speedy.

This is not a four star hotel, it is not even a two star. There is no bar or cafeteria in the hotel. There is only a breakfast/ dinner area. The reception area is quite small and the people working there, do not speak english. There is no concierge. The rooms are very small and there is no high speed internet service. The food is terrible. Avoid having dinner there. The waiters do not speak any other language except spanish, pasta was served cold.
