Definitely not 4 stars. Breakfast was very average. No ramp to get to the lifts. Other guests had no airconditioning. Other guests had no toiletries as if the rooms hadn't been finished. Thankfully it was well located which was a redeeming factor.

This hotel is conveniently located at the border of the old town, and a street with many restaurants nearby. So you can visit Oviedo by foot easily. Our room (210) was a bit weird: 12 meters deep and only 1.5 meter wide at the smallest side... so there is many space unused. With the airco so far away from the bed it was pretty warm at night even though it wasn't too warm outside. Breakfast was average, mainly because the coffee from the machine was nott very good. Parking is 12.50 euro/night.

It must be a long time since this hotel rated 4 stars, if it ever did. My room had a lovely view of the cathedral spire and I wasn’t bothered by noise from the street but the noise heard from other rooms is embarrassingly loud and clear. Not especially clean or comfortable - hair on the bathroom floor, lumpy pillows, squeaky bed. Having stairs between reception and the lifts is not ideal when you have luggage. Not recommended.

We travelled as a couple and stayed in Oviedo for 4 nights in early June. There are some negative reviews, implying shabby conditions or outdated features. However, we definitely did NOT find anything similar. We had a room on 6th floor, looking out the front of the building which gave us a wonderful view of the cathedral. The room itself was very spacious, very new conditions and spotless. Bathroom was also new and spotless. No bathtub which we do not care, but others may desire. TV had a couple of English language channels (BBC, CNN, AlJazeera). Good cold mini fridge. Basic complimentary toiletries which was fine. Breakfast was quite acceptable too, with fried eggs, bacon, sausages, jamon, bread rolls and other breads, cheeses, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, juice, tea and coffees. Others said coffee was terrible but we had delicious coffees from a machine, so maybe the machine is a newer addition. Reception staff always polite and friendly. The aircon in our room stopped working on the last day, and the staff were apologetic and genuine that they would get it fixed for the next guest. We would definitely stay here again for an average EU76/night over a long weekend. Only 1 suggestion for the hotel - the hairdryer in bathroom need regular cleaning.

Room tip: ask for a room on 6 or 7 floor looking towards the main road Jovellanos to get a beautiful view of the cathedral

I traveled with family and 2 pets. When We made the reservation for 2 rooms, we were told the hotels accept pets and has parking available, no reservation allowed. When we arrived at 8 PM we were told the hotel didn't accept pets and the parking was full. The nearby parking was also full. The staff, in particular a person named Ignacio, was very unhelpful, we asked if we could leave the keys of our car or be waken at night if we were to block any one, he said NO. We had to stay with the pets in the car after a long trip for 3 hours waiting for an empty space at a public parking where we had to leave our pets in the car, can you imagine that?. We went to bed at 2 AM, that is 6 hours after we arrived at the hotel. But on top of that, the following morning I open my room window and guess what? 3 cars parked blocking other cars. Unfortunately my wife and I had to stay another night at this hotel, the rest of the family left town to Santander with the pets and left us behind for the night. I requested to speak to the manager, no manager available for 3 days since was a long weekend. As far as the hotel, it's noisy and very uncomfortable, to reach the elevator you have to get up the stairs and of course, no one to help you with luggage and on top of that expensive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
