Situated smack bang in the old town with seconds to all the restaurants, bars, beach and pretty much everything you want in San Sebastián. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Some of the rooms are all the small side so it's better to chose a larger one and pay a bit more. We had two different rooms, the first one 5 was small but very clean and quiet. The windows are double glazed and there is air con. The other room was much larger 7 and faced the street, despite this the double glazing kept the noise out.
The internet though is not great and drops in and out, so you can really only rely on it to do basic emails every so often. There is a small reception area which has tea and coffee (1 euro) . TV - we could only find Spanish channels, however we don't watch much TV so didn't care.
Great value option if you don't spend much time in your room.

We stayed here for two nights. Natalie welcomed us and recommended some bars for pinxtos and tapas, the free bottle of water and coffee was appreciated. The room was a good size, came with a safe, was spotlessly clean and had a great shower. Decor was fresh and modern. Location was really easy to find and was in the heart of the old town but with easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We had no issue with room noise from bars nearby. The discounted parking was an unexpected surprise (car parking is very expensive). I would recommend this place.

Perfect location in old town, staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi was not good, rarely stayed connected. Rooms have private baths are new, very clean but small and very close to one another. You can hear people talking in the room next door or anyone talking in the reception area. Some doors are within inches of each other. Thankfully everyone was quiet at night. Pension means there are a small number of rooms and there's no staff available at night so you're on your own between 8 PM and 9 AM. There's really no breakfast available either but you can make a cup of coffee for 1 Euro. Buy something at the bakery on the corner across the street - the almond cakes are delicious!!

We came from a grand hotel to this little place and that may have coloured our view. On the positive side the room although small was immaculately clean, and the en suite was a reasonable size. The staff were very friendly. The pension is right in the heart of the old town. This was our first visit to San Sebastián and we hadn't appreciated how busy or noisy it would be. We literally couldn't sleep a wink for the noise from outside. Earplugs from the local pharmacy partially solved the problem but if you are a light sleeper I would avoid the old town completely. Great place but very lively.

Room Tip: Avoid a room overlooking the street.

Location was right in old town. Great staff. Rooms a little small but very clean with an adequated bathroom . We were there during the "tamborada" (January 2017) and we have a great time. For some reason we missed the 1 euro breakfast.
