We had the best time at Es Princep ! All the staff at the reception and on the rooftop is friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Palma to stay at Es Princep. It is also very close to the center and all touristic attractions.

Amazing hotel. So happy we made it after our earlier trip was cancelled due to covid. Room was awesome. Some lovely personal touches. Roof terrace is a real gem and dinner up there was wonderful. Breakfast is great and the hotel organised covid tests and taxis and did a great job. Couple of small points. It was very hot and we weren’t allowed to open an umbrella, one sangria came out very badly made but was quickly replaced and my mask was left by the sun bed and quickly swept away never to be seen again. Loved it though and would recommend if in Palma

Firstly, my room was very nice and comfortable. I did find the shower (not enclosed) resulted in a very wet floor everytime. The coffee station had not been cleaned from the previous guests which is a concern considering covid. Housekeeping dealt with that.
Breakfast was excellent and highly recommended at the ground floor space off reception (breakfast menu also available on the roof top but not a buffet).
The location is slightly out of centre and has a lot of construction around it, I was not expecting that.
I found the roof top busy and lacking in shade so went to the indoor spa pool instead (which was excellent).
The website suggests much more dining possibilities on site but the only bar and restaurant open was the roof top. Staff were very friendly throughout.
Finally, there is only one lift and it seemed to be in overdrive - so expect to wait your turn and not be in a hurry!

Had an incredible stay at Es Princep. It is a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location with excellent staff. It was truly a 5-star experience and I was very impressed.
The highlight has to be the rooftop bar and pool, while the pool is small, the lounging area is fantastic with an incredible view of the water.
If you travel to Palma, you have to stay here.
Special shout out to, Ale, Fer, Jorge and Chloe who were excellent.

Happy to have stayed!! Team is very kind and attentive and location is super because you can walk into the old town easily! Comfortable room! Also the view is very nice from the rooftop!
