Everything was excellent. Staff very attentive. Beautiful hotel and good location.
Booked the Parietti Suite and a premium suite as we are a family of five. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

I had the pleasure of I staying at this fabulous hotel for 7 nights with my 14yr old daughter.
POSITIVES:
Staff are so attentive, efficient, friendly and helpful. Every single one of them. They couldn’t possibly have done anymore for us or made us feel anymore welcome (And I am a very indecisive and sometimes demanding customer)
It seems they had teleporting powers - everyrime I requested ANYTHING, someone was there to help before I had even put the phone down.
The hotel itself has so much character, but is still up to date with all mod cons. It is very plush and impeccably clean.
The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in complete with a pillow menu. We also LOVED the shower.
The welcome gift including a handheld fan and face masks were much appreciated.
Housekeeping were very thorough and efficient. We were constantly changing our ‘siesta time’ but nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble. To have a nightly turn down without having to request it including bottled water was welcome.
Breakfast was so good. Plenty of fresh fruits and pastries, but also eggs any style cooked to order from Benedict to omelettes - again waiting staff, very friendly and efficient.
Location was great, definitely in the best spot for sightseeing, with just a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, the best shops inc Louis Vuitton and Boss and plentiful restaurants.

Very good located next to bar, restaurant and luxury boutiques. Charming typical local style house with modern touch and luxury details. Stuff very nice and service top. Very clean room and a sheets of the bed in Egyptian cotton is a must!!! Highly recommended!!

Had an absolutely lovely 4 night stay at the hotel. Booked as a birthday trip for my partner it exceeded all expectations. Request for a surprise bouquet of flowers , cake and card were enthusiastically accommodated. The flowers were amazing! Emma, Cristina and all the other staff ( Carlos , Joaquin , breakfast lady :) , barman (? Alex) ) were very personable and friendly.
Breakfast in the courtyard was a real delight with quality scrambled eggs/ poached eggs a highlight. The Rooftop area which could be booked in advance allowed for an incredibly relaxing space in the sun and pool ( small but perfect for couples to relax in )
The classic double room had the largest , comfiest bed you could desire. Slept very well.
Arrangements for car rentals , Covid bookings and even restaurant bookings were amazingly handled by Cristina and Carlos+ Joaquin( may have got this name wrong ) . All in all a very personable experience , with the hotel being minutes away from amazing Michelin star restaurants and attractions. Don't think twice , book your stay at this hotel !

From the moment I booked, I was so thrilled with the service I received.
I wanted to organise a surprise for my fiancé, who I hadn't seen since January, and Cristina was so helpful, quick to reply, she just took care of everything. My transfer was organised, my PCR booked, cava and chocolate strawberries ready to arrive in our room. I felt totally relaxed, knowing I was in such safe hands & when I arrived I was met by Cristina. What a credit she is to the hotel, so warm & kind, she told me on arrival that she had upgraded our room too, which was such a wonderful surprise.
During our stay, all the staff were great, friendly, and attentive. Such a welcoming and relaxing environment.
To sum up, we consistently received a personable, professional and truly conscientious service. We got great restaurant recommendations also. We had a fantastic last night, sampling delicious tapas and Spanish wine, away from all the tourists!
Overall, a gorgeous, very characterful 19th-century hotel, with a clean, zen, contemporary finish, and a great location! Old town, in walking distance of everything you want to explore.
We watched the sunset over Palma from the rooftop pool, just the two of us, with a bottle of cava. We slept like babies in our super comfy bed too!
Just the most perfect stay.
