We were profoundly dissatisfied with our recent stay. Our experience was egregiously substandard and warrants detailed enumeration of the incidents that occurred.

Firstly, upon our arrival, my husband suffered an acute allergic reaction due to an excessive accumulation of dust behind the bed, necessitating immediate medical intervention at a hospital. This level of neglect in housekeeping is unacceptable and poses a severe health risk. Attached, please find photos that vividly illustrates the deplorable condition of the room.

Secondly, the provision of hot water was inadequate, especially disappointing given that we had paid a premium for a room equipped with a bathtub. Compounding this issue, the bathtub handle broke off. When this matter was brought to the attention of the hotel staff, we were informed that the hotel operates with a single boiler, thus limiting their ability to provide sufficient hot water. This explanation does not meet the standards expected of a hotel charging for such amenities.

Moreover, we requested a change of bed sheets due to visible and unsanitary stains. Despite assurances that this would be addressed during our absence, we returned to find that the request had not been fulfilled. It was not until 1 am that clean sheets were provided, which we were then required to put on ourselves.

Throughout our stay, the front desk staff and management exhibited combative, unprofessional, and unhelpful behavior. Their responses to our concerns reflected a lack of experience and competence, further exacerbating our frustration and tarnishing our overall experience.

In light of these numerous and serious deficiencies, we strongly advise against choosing for accommodation. The cumulative effect of these issues irrevocably damaged the quality of our vacation and undermines the credibility of the hotel. We decided to stay (2) nights here before our bike trip, but due to my husbands reaction to the significant amount of dust, our trip was ruined.

This was our first stay in palma and we loved the city, it has so much to offer. We will definitely return but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It’s fine but nothing special. We booked a junior suite and the room was v cramped and had nowhere to get ready in the bathroom so we had to store everything in the wardrobe. The room was so dark and quite dreary. The noise at night due to creaky floorboards and people passing through the corridor meant all 3x nights we didn’t sleep well. When we were at the rooftop pool if you order water they charge 8 euros to bring it up. I thought that was really cheeky! Especially when used glasses and cups were all left around the pool area and weren’t being collected. The staff were lovely and they couldn’t do enough for us but for our return we will be staying elsewhere.

Amazing experience! This hotel is just beautiful - inside and out. Staff is friendly, professional, warm and welcoming.

The food is fantastic (the Michelin star is truly well-deserved), upper sundeck on the rooftop was so relaxing.

It’s stylish yet cosy! You just want to come back again and again. Probably the best hotel ever when it comes to great atmosphere and location.

Short distance to all you need in Palma, bech, boardwalk, cathedral, shopping, restaurants, harbour…if you want to leave the hotel…but you can actually just stay at hotel and enjoy all it has to offer!
So pleased with my visit!
