From the moment I arrived and was given a welcome cava, to when I left and reception called me a taxi, I had nothing but 5* service. My room was lovely, especially the additional
touches such as the tote bag and beach towels. The bed was one of the most
comfortable I have had in a hotel and I loved using the terrace sun loungers.
Breakfast was great with lots of tasty choices and I used the super rooftop pool every day.
All the staff were lovely, from reception to the chef to the cleaners. All smiling and friendly.
Blanca deserves a special mention - she gave me recommendations and seemed
genuinely interested in what I had been doing and where I had been.
I plan to return!

We were greeted warmly by the reception staff after the stress of a delayed flight and from that moment on everything about our stay was just wonderful. This is a lovely hotel - the rooms were very comfortable, quiet, well equipped and clean. Great bathrooms with brilliant showers and complimentary products. There was a fantastic choice at breakfast and we enjoyed the courtyard tables. The rooftop terrace and the view over the beautiful city was a great spot to relax and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent but discreet and unobtrusive. The location is great - close to everything but on a quiet street, right next door to a church/monastery (worth a visit as the cloister is beautiful).

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others. Perhaps we will one day be fortunate enough to have the opportunity to return. Gracias Hotel Basilica!

We loved everything about this hotel but best of all were the wonderful staff- so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and always a smile. At the end of a day exploring the old town, a Hotel Basilica cocktail on the terrace became our daily habit! Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Palma.
